Wolsey Hall for Schools delivers the full Cambridge syllabus through a structured, school supported model, integrated within Sixth Form timetables and overseen locally. The course develops advanced mathematical reasoning, modelling, and problem solving skills, ensuring alignment with Cambridge assessment requirements and progression to higher education.
Assessment: Students complete AS examinations at the end of Year 1 and A Level examinations at the end of Year 2, combining pure and applied papers. Progress is supported through regular teacher marked assignments, aligned to Cambridge assessment objectives and focused on accuracy, application, and reasoning.

How is student progress monitored?
Progress is monitored throughout the course through teacher feedback, assignment grades and regular reviews. Your school receives updates, helping staff identify where students are succeeding and where additional support may be needed.
How are assignments assessed?
Assignments are submitted through the online learning platform at the end of each module and marked by a Wolsey Hall teacher within five days. Students receive grades, detailed feedback and guidance on their next steps. Some courses also include quizzes to check understanding - these can be retaken until the student achieves full marks, though assignments themselves cannot be resubmitted.
In Maths, do students draw graphs by hand or use software?
All graphs are hand-drawn. Students draw them by hand and submit them with their assignments, just as they will in their final examinations.
