Lower Secondary Science Online Course

Overview

Our Lower Secondary Science course opens students' minds to the world around them and develops scientific explanations behind the things they observe. Students will get the chance to try out investigations for themselves and start to learn scientific methods of analysis and evaluation.

This course provides a solid foundation in Biology, Chemistry and Physics ready for further study at IGCSE and beyond.

Course Advice

Students do not need to have studied science previously to take this course. It will require 4-5 hours per week of study time to complete each year of our Lower Secondary Science course plus additional time for completing assignments.

The course covers both the English National Curriculum for Key Stage 3 Science and the Cambridge Lower Secondary Science Curriculum Framework.
