Overview

Our Cambridge IGCSE Combined Science course offers students the chance to study the basic principles of Biology, Chemistry and Physics, each with their own section in the syllabus. Students will strengthen their scientific and evaluation skills through a mix of theoretical and practical studies.

Students will earn one IGCSE subject grade for this course.

Syllabus and exams

This course follows the Cambridge IGCSE Combined Science syllabus 0653.

Exams take place in March (India and Romania only), June and November.

Course Advice

To study this Cambridge IGCSE Combined Science course students should have studied a science curriculum such as the Cambridge Lower Secondary course or equivalent to Years 7-9 in the English National Curriculum. Students should also have adequate Maths skills for the content in the syllabus.

This course will take approximately 180 study hours plus additional time to complete the assignments and for revision.
